International conference "Biomembranes 2018"

International Conference "Biomembranes 2018" was held in October at MIPT. Laboratory fellows Roman Efremov and Anton Chugunov present lectures and Andrey Kuznetsov took part in poster session.

Fourth international conference "Biomembranes 2018" and school "Molecular Mechanisms of Aging and Age-Related Diseases" were held at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology on October, 1-5. International scientists were invited to take part and discuss modern view on biomembranes and membrane receptors. Fellows of SAMMA laboratory of NRU HSE present the following topics:
Roman Efremov had a plenar lecture "Proteins and membranes: born to be together. A computational view."
Anton Chugunov performed oral presentation "Achilles Heel" of the bacterial membranes: computational modeling of lipid II - target for novel antibiotics."
Andrey Kuznetsov took part in poster session with topic "Glycophorin A transmembrane helices dimerization: the role of the lipid environment"
